WHATS HAPPENING WHEN AND WHERE PUTARURU WATER FESTIVAL 2010


WHATS HAPPENING WHEN

8.30-9.30am -
Drop off Arts and Crafts for judging into the Main Grandstand.

9.30am - Grandstand closes for judging.


9.30am - 10am - Axemen Carnival Begins.


10am - Water festival Begins.
A & P Show begins.


10.30 am - Young Farmers Tug of War begins.
Top team begins at the pools:
- 1st Race - Clash of the codes.
- 2nd Race - Primary Schools Yr 5 to 6.
- 3rd Race - Yr 7 and 8s.
- Intermediate Ages.
- 4th Race - Adults.


12 noon - Main Grandstand opens to view Arts and Crafts exhibits.
Devonshire cream teas are served in the Grandstand.


1 pm - VoxNova start to play in the main marquee.


2 pm - Fluid Fashion exhibits in the main marquee - models to arrive at Marquee at 1.15pm to ensure they are ready to go out at 2pm.


4pm - VoxNova finish playing.


4.30pm - Arts and Crafts Exhibits close.


6pm - After Flow begins.
Food available - woodfired pizzas.


10pm - After Flow finishes.


WHATS HAPPENING WHERE


1: The Ultimate Challenge - A massive agility course on the grass by the main carkpark - fastest time on the day wins $20!


2: Fire Brigade appliances display on the main car park alongside the St John team.


3: Arts and Crafts display taking place in the Main Grandstand with Devonshire cream teas served by the combined churches.


4: Axemen Carnival taking place in front of the Main Granstand.


5: Farmers style market and craft sales inside and outside the Main Marquee.

VoxNova - latin jazz quarter playing in the afternoon.

Fluid Fashion here at 2pm.

After Flow with Boogie Monsta, Cash Bar, Mechanical Bull and Bar Fly - Tickets $10 R18.


6: Tug of War taking place next to show ring.


7: Inflatable fun - Maze, Tug Boat, Powerball Run, Climbing Tower, Massive HIPPO Slide.

Heaps of variety at the Farmers style market

One of the features at the Putaruru Water Festival 2010 is our big Farmers Style market. This market will be a buzzing hive of activity underneath a massive marquee featuring an eclectic range of produts which will provoke and delight the senses.

Below is just a sample of stalls that will be part of this market:

La Rosa Latin Bakery - A selection of scrumptous latin american bakery products.
Bears R Us - Gorgeous teddy bears which gives out a range of different amazing scents.
Creative Aertz - Local felt and knitted products.
Handmade NZ Lavender Farm - Amazing lavender products.
River Rainbows - Beautifully handpainted glass and coasters.
Potato Train - Gourmet baked potatoes.
Pizzaroma - Woodfired pizzas.
Gourmet Kitchen - A selection of gourmet chutneys and preserves.
Zingara Pattissere - A selection of delectable french pastries and other bakery products.
Spacifix - Amazing Maori and Pacific original and handcrafted giftware.
Kruizey Kidz - High quality NZ made childrens clothing and accessories.

This is just a small percentage of the stalls that will be on offer, there are many more different kinds of gourmet food, arts and crafts and trade stalls for all to experience.

After Flow Tickets available NOW!!!!!

Hi everyone - AfterFlow tickets will be available as from Tuesday 2nd Feb at the Putaruru Information Centre - tickets are $10 each, the event runs from 6pm to 10pm, and the tickets gives you entry to the main marquee where Boogie Monsta will be playing, ride the BIG RED (mechanical bull) and have a go on the bar fly. We WILL have food vendors there so you can buy your dinner down on Glenshea Park........TICKETS ARE LIMITED! THIS IS AN OVER 18 EVENT!
